Originally a paddock, this site in Littleport was used for grazing the landowner’s horses and was situated down a small country lane. The landowner wanted to sell the land after a large house builder was granted planning permission on an adjacent site. The majority of the site was situated in flood zone 3 meaning that part of the site was rejected for planning. However, Oxygen obtained planning consent from East Cambridgeshire District Council for nine semi-detached and terraced executive three bedroom houses on the front of the site. Oxygen has successfully sold the site to a small local developer on behalf of the landowner and the development is presently under construction.
